Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for day-to-day restaurant operations including labor scheduling, inventory management, health and safety compliance, HR practices, team recruitment and development, and driving store sales through local marketing and community involvement. Requires managerial experience (Popeyes or GM elsewhere), strong communication and leadership abilities, data analysis for P&L, and proficiency with computers.
Required Qualifications
