Job Summary
Assistant Restaurant Manager with responsibility for day-to-day operations including labor scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining health and safety compliance. Works to build sales through local store marketing and community involvement. Must have six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year GM experience with another concept, plus strong communication, data analysis, leadership, and people-management skills. Responsibilities include scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, developing the restaurant team, maintaining inventory, reviewing financial reports, recruiting and hiring, conducting performance appraisals, and ensuring adherence to HR practices and labor laws. Also responsible for maintaining equipment, facilities, and grounds via a preventative maintenance program and interpreting Profit and Loss statements with computer literacy.
Required Qualifications
- Six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year General Manager experience with another concept
