Assistant Manager

Assist Restaurant Manager at Popeyes with the overall responsibility for day-to-day operations, including scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team. Ensure OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety procedures are followed; maintain inventory and review financial reports; ensure HR practices and labor laws compliance; recruit, interview, hire, and train team members; drive store sales through Local Store Marketing and community involvement; uphold maintenance standards for equipment, facilities, and grounds; and interpret Profit and Loss statements with data-driven leadership. Requires minimum six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year GM experience with another concept (or a recommendation by current Area Manager) and strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
