Job Summary
Oversees daily restaurant operations, staffing, and team development; ensures safety, compliance with health codes and HR policies; manages inventory, labor, and financial reporting; leads recruitment, training, and performance coaching; drives sales through Local Store Marketing and community involvement; maintains equipment and facilities via preventive maintenance; requires 6 months Popeyes managerial experience or 1 year GM experience; strong communication, data analysis, leadership, and P&L interpretation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year General Manager experience with another concept
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to calculate and analyze data
- Leadership skills
- Ability to interpret Profit and Loss Statements
- Computer literacy
