Assistant Manager

Assistant Restaurant Manager responsible for day-to-day operations including labor scheduling, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team. Ensure OSHA/local health and safety code compliance, manage inventory and labor, review financial reports, recruit and hire team members, conduct performance appraisals, motivate and train staff, and drive local store marketing through community involvement. Develop and maintain company standards on equipment and facilities via preventive maintenance. Requires six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year GM experience with another concept, plus strong communication, data analysis, leadership, and P&L interpretation skills.
