Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for day-to-day restaurant operations including labor scheduling, inventory management, safety compliance, hiring and developing staff, and driving sales through local store marketing and community involvement. Requires managerial experience in a fast-food environment, strong communication, data analysis, leadership, and ability to interpret P&L statements; must supervise team members and ensure compliance with safety, HR practices, and labor laws; role includes recruiting, hiring, coaching, and training, with focus on maintaining standards and driving performance.
Required Qualifications
- minimum six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year of General Manager experience with another concept
- effective oral and written communication skills
- ability to calculate and analyze data
- effective leadership skills
- ability to communicate with all levels
- ability to interpret Profit and Loss Statements
- computer literate
