Job Summary
Assistant Manager – PMO to drive data-driven decision-making, governance, resource optimization, and financial performance in US healthcare operations. Focus on delivering actionable MIS reporting, performance management, capacity planning and forecasting, and process improvements. Leverage Excel and Power BI to develop dashboards, weekly/monthly executive summaries, and identify opportunities for cost optimization, productivity gains, and revenue enhancement while collaborating with HR and Operations for onboarding, staffing alignment, and cross-training.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline
- 5–10 years of PMO / MIS / Operations Analytics experience
- Experience in Healthcare BPO / ROI domain preferred
