Job Summary
Check products for consistency and quality, investigate food or service complaints, and schedule deliveries while verifying contents. Monitor food preparation, portion sizes, and garnishing standards; maintain inventory records and order supplies. Organize staff training, resolve personnel issues, and evaluate employee performance. Assess team needs, recruit new hires, and arrange equipment maintenance and repairs. Utilize the POS system for cash registers and bank deposits, and fill in for the General Manager during extended absences. Adhere to opening and closing procedures and maintain safety reports. Must pass ServSafe certification within three months, work minimum 30 hours weekly, and be available for weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Proven experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment
- A valid driver's license
