Job Summary
As Assistant Manager, you will interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline staff; address complaints and resolve issues. You’ll monitor food quality, portioning, and presentation; schedule staff hours; ensure compliance with health and fire regulations; maintain sanitation records; lead staff training programs; recruit using ADP Recruitment; manage inventory and equipment; handle cash and banking; and uphold company standards while supporting a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
