Job Summary
As Assistant Manager at Playa Bowls, you will support daily operations alongside the General Manager, train and mentor staff, resolve operational challenges with a solutions-focused mindset, schedule staff hours, monitor food quality and safety, manage inventories and supplier deliveries, coordinate equipment and facilities maintenance, lead recruitment and onboarding, oversee POS operations and records, and stand in for the General Manager during extended absences. You’ll drive a vibrant guest experience, uphold company standards, and contribute to a dynamic, team-based environment that emphasizes growth, positivity, and fun.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass the ServSafe certification within 3 months of employment
- Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Must be available to work weekends
