Job Summary
Manage day-to-day club operations by creating staffing schedules, coaching staff for exceptional customer service, and leading the team through systems to achieve common goals. Direct front desk personnel by greeting members, answering phones, conducting POS transactions, and assisting in emergency medical situations. Handle member accounts by updating barcodes, processing refunds, and creating new memberships while maintaining data security. Ensure facility cleanliness by detailing equipment, tracking inventory, and overseeing safety protocols for employees and members. Assist in hiring, firing, and onboarding processes, resolve employee issues, and track key performance indicators. This role requires flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays, with occasional travel for training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/ GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- CPR certification
- Must be willing to occasionally travel for training and to support other locations
- This position may require overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays. Must be flexible
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds
- Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, pulling, and grasping
- Employee must never put themselves under any equipment
Desired Qualifications
- One year of customer service experience is preferred
- Superior problem solving skills
- Exceptional leadership and diplomacy skills
