Job Summary
Lead team members to complete assigned tasks, manage inventory systems, and order club supplies while tracking KPIs to drive success. Greet members, resolve concerns, and handle membership functions including sign-ups, billing updates, and prospective member tours. Execute retail transactions, perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities, and address maintenance issues promptly. Assist the Club Manager with hiring, onboarding, and emergency situations. Provide backup staffing support as needed. Full-time position with an hourly pay range of $19.00 to $22.00. Requires 9-12 months of customer service and supervisory experience, CPR/AED certification, and basic computer proficiency. Located at Planet Fitness clubs across the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 9-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
- 9-12 months of experience supervising and leading team is preferred
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
- Basic computer proficiency
