Job Summary
Oversee assigned location operations, drive revenue through memberships and retail sales, and maintain cosmetic standards while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for members and staff. Mentor and coach a team of Member Services Representatives on policy, brand knowledge, and operational procedures, including daily reporting, billing updates, and equipment maintenance. Assist with recruiting top talent, conducting bi-weekly inspections, and addressing member inquiries via Listen360 to maximize retention. Submit accurate documentation to HR and Regional Managers, stay current on corporate training and promotions, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement new processes and OKRs. Requires 1-2 years of unit management experience and the ability to handle physical demands such as lifting 75lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of successful unit management experience
