Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in managing day-to-day gym operations, oversee front desk, customer service, maintenance and fitness training staff, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Responsible for staff scheduling, training, annual evaluations, payroll coordination, member service, cleanliness, and appearance of the club. Manages expenditures, marketing efforts, advertising, deposits, and administrative reporting. Meets and greets potential members, tours the club, handles member issues, and contributes to competitive shopping and KPI achievement. Demonstrates leadership, strong communication, and organizational skills, with proficiency in PC applications (Microsoft Office) and the ability to learn and supervise every gym function. Aims to develop and prepare for GM succession and to drive EBITDA, revenues, and customer satisfaction aligned with core values of Loyalty, Integrity, and Service.
