Job Summary
Lead team members to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently while modeling behaviors that drive an exceptional member experience. Assist the club manager in onboarding new hires, resolving employee concerns, and managing inventory and supply orders. Greet members, handle billing and membership updates, execute retail transactions, and promote the Judgement Free Zone® by connecting with guests on the club floor. Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities, address maintenance issues, and track KPIs to identify operational strengths and opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 9-12 months of experience in a customer service environment
- 9-12 months of experience supervising and leading team
