Job Summary
Assist in managing front desk personnel and support the General Manager, focusing on front-of-house operations to ensure smooth daily club activities. Drive club metrics and knowledge of services, programs, products, and competitors. Participate in interviewing and initial phone screening of front desk and fitness instructors. Monitor inventory and analyze sales data with the GM to identify opportunities and adjust execution to boost performance. Uphold company standards, foster a positive, clean, and welcoming club atmosphere, and mentor Front End staff for career growth through training and performance assessment. Exhibit strong customer service, communication, multitasking, and leadership to support overall club operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Associates degree preferred
- 6 month Supervisor or Manager experience in a restaurant or retail environment in a high volume atmosphere (1 year preferred)
- Microsoft Office applications knowledge (Word, Excel)
- Bi-lingual preferred
- Flexible/shift availability
- Strong customer service and supervisory skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Effective communication with management and team
- Experience in interviewing and recruitment
- Familiarity with inventory and sales analysis
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to mentor and develop staff
- Ability to handle disciplinary actions
