Job Summary
Lead team members to complete assigned tasks, greet members, and resolve concerns while upholding club policies. Manage inventory, order supplies, track KPIs, and support the Club Manager with hiring and onboarding. Execute retail transactions, perform member calls and tours, and conduct comprehensive facility walks to address safety and cleanliness issues. Assist in emergency situations and maintain equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing. Full-time role with CPR/AED certification training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 9-12 months of experience in a customer service environment
- 9-12 months of experience supervising and leading team
