Job Summary
Lead team members to complete assigned tasks, manage inventory for cleaning supplies, and order club retail products. Greet members at check-in, resolve concerns, and handle membership functions like sign-ups and billing updates. Execute retail transactions, perform prospective member calls and tours, and ensure daily cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities. Assist the Club Manager with hiring, onboarding, and tracking KPIs to drive club priorities. Address maintenance issues and support emergency situations while modeling behaviors for an exceptional Judgement Free Zone® experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 9-12 months of experience in a customer service environment
- 9-12 months of experience supervising and leading team
