Job Summary
The Assistant Manager assists the General Manager in club operations, ensuring an exceptional member experience. This role involves team management, employee training, scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Management or Supervisory experience
- Must be 18 years of age
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong problem resolution skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
