Assistant Manager

Manage the entire club operation in partnership with the General Manager, ensuring positive member experience and operational excellence. Lead a team of associates to achieve productivity goals while assisting with recruitment, hiring, and training to maintain full staffing. Ensure superior customer service by greeting members, addressing inquiries, and responding to needs to uphold the "Judgement Free" environment. Follow all company standards to contribute to the club's financial best interests while utilizing team skills effectively. This role requires at least one year of management experience and involves continual standing, walking, and talking to members during shifts.
