Job Summary
Manage the entire club operation in partnership with the General Manager, ensuring positive member experience, teamwork, and operational excellence. Lead a team of associates to achieve productivity and customer service goals by motivating staff, utilizing their skills effectively, and maintaining company standards. Assist with recruitment, hiring, and training to ensure the club remains fully staffed. Greet members, respond to inquiries, and maintain a welcoming environment that embodies the "Judgement Free" experience. Work a set schedule with a $1/hour premium for shifts between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Continual standing and walking during your shift
- Continual talking to members and potential members in person and on the phone during your shift
- Must be able to lift 45 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Fitness, retail or hospitality experience
- Associate's degree in Exercise Science, Business, Kinesiology, or similar degree
