ASSISTANT MANAGER - PHOENIXVILLE OAKS

General Manager in Training role focused on front desk leadership, sales execution, and guest experience at Hand & Stone Spa in Phoenixville. Responsible for driving membership, retail, gift card, and service sales; coaching the front desk team on conversion and performance; supervising daily front desk operations, guest flow, and overall performance; leading training and development of new and existing staff; supporting reporting, cash handling, and front desk systems; and stepping in as a key leader to maintain momentum in daily operations. Requires a strong background in sales/customer service, 1–3 years of leadership experience, excellent communication, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment; flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) is a plus.
