Job Summary
Role involves analyzing financial data, preparing comprehensive financial reports, maintaining accounts and records, updating journals and ledgers, and preparing schedules. Responsible for Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls documentation, supporting audits, overseeing month-end close activities, and participating in special projects including acquisitions/divestitures. Requires strong accounting knowledge, ability to collaborate with business partners, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in a hybrid work setup in Chennai, with emphasis on accuracy, process discipline, and stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
- CA with Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Practical experience of IND AS and US GAAP and Statutory Accounting/Experience of other GAAPs
- English proficiency
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
