ASSISTANT MANAGER

Assistant Manager responsible for managing store and food service in the absence of the Store or Food Service Manager; supervises and directs employees, ensures excellent customer service, trains employees, monitors compliance with procedures and policies, maximizes sales, controls expenses, maintains stock levels and inventory, and collaborates with the Store Manager to meet store goals and create a positive atmosphere for employees and customers; requires leadership, people orientation, self motivation, dependability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-service focused environment.
