Job Summary
Lead Regional Compensation and Benefits Administration and People Cost Analysis while managing Talent Sourcing, Selection, and Tracking at the regional level. Drive Employee Engagement programs and learning & development initiatives to foster a coaching culture, while coordinating OKR progress reporting. Serve as a Super User for HR systems and tools within an international People & Culture team serving a diversified Asia Pacific workforce. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in HRM or Psychology, 5+ years of experience in both conglomerates and start-ups, and strong proficiency in English and Cantonese. Based in Hong Kong, this position offers exposure to a fast-growing technology firm's vision for a caring and high-performing employee experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree holder in HRM or Psychology or relevant field
- Proven track record in People and Culture function for Start-ups in Hong Kong and at the Regional level
- 5+ years working experience for both conglomerates and Start-ups
- Up-to-date with the latest Compensation and Benefits Administration with Hong Kong
- Sensitive to people dynamics
- Familiar with the Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong payroll vendor management experience
- High proficiency in English & Cantonese
- Mandarin speaking
Desired Qualifications
- preferably with other South East Asia countries
- High proficiency in English & Cantonese is a must. Mandarin speaking is advantageous
