Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Pega Developer to design, develop, and configure Pega applications ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise architecture. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define solution architecture, building responsive UIs using Theme Cosmos, Cosmos React, and UI Kit, performing code reviews and quality assurance, mentoring junior developers, troubleshooting complex issues, and preparing technical documentation. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of Pega development experience, proven skills in Pega Infinity, and certifications as a Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA). Strong communication and team collaboration skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Pega development
- Strong hands-on experience with pega frameworks, data models, and out-of-the-box rules
- Proven experience in developing Pega applications on Pega Infinity (v8.7 or above)
- Expertise in Theme Cosmos, UI Kit, and Cosmos React with a clear understanding of SPA behavior and DX APIs
- Pega certifications - Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) is required
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Prior experience in mentoring and leading small to mid-sized development teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with DevOps practices, unit testing (e.g., PegaUnit), and CI/CD pipelines in Pega
