Job Summary
Plan and prepare work schedules, assign team duties, and lead daily huddles as the supervisor to front office staff. Assist the Operations Manager in executing the PDS Operational Model to drive revenue growth, ensure adherence to cash management protocols, and maintain facility cleanliness standards. Provide leadership during the Operations Manager's absence while modeling company culture, facilitating patient communication skills training, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Subject matter expert in PDS processes, actively contribute to system improvements, and support clinicians on the Mouth-Body Connection. Maintain professional demeanor, handle confidential records securely, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
