Job Summary
Motivate, develop, and coach your team while performing all tasks related to opening and closing the store. Interface with customers to provide an exceptional experience and fill in for the Manager in all capacities when needed. Manage inventory records using online systems, ensure expert food safety compliance, and assist in employee training. Schedule staff effectively and maintain a reliable shift schedule. This role requires at least one year of restaurant management experience, a Serve Safe Certification, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. - Able to communicate effectively with guests
- Participate in all Jersey Mike's training programs
