Assistant Manager, Partner Marketing

Job Summary
Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across a portfolio of strategic retail partners by coordinating promotions, seasonal campaigns, and partner requirements. Maintain marketing calendars, track key deliverables, and manage project timelines while ensuring materials align with brand standards. Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing assets, including email campaigns, website updates, and in-store collateral, through creative briefing, proofing, and vendor management. Assist with budget administration, invoice processing, and inventory management for promotional materials. Compile program results, partner feedback, and performance data to prepare presentations for internal stakeholders. Manage project workflows across internal marketing, creative, legal, and vendor teams to facilitate timely completion.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, project coordination, communications, partnership marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to coordinate projects from concept through execution while managing multiple deadlines
- Experience supporting partner marketing, in-store retail marketing, field marketing, or customer-facing programs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- The expectation is to work from the office a minimum of three days a week
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- Experience coordinating creative development, print production, or vendor relationships
- Experience working in a cross-functional corporate environment
- Familiarity with marketing workflows, campaign management processes, or digital marketing channels
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools
