Job Summary
Manage daily theatre operations including labour cost, revenue control, and guest satisfaction. Assist with execution of operational policies, Cast selection and training, and administration of POS and projection systems. Communicate with the management team and outside resources to resolve daily issues. Monitor guest feedback, provide performance feedback to Cast members, and ensure safe work practices and emergency response coordination. Greet guests and maintain visibility to address potential issues.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience motivating and managing a dynamic team to achieve positive results in a timely manner
- Proven track record in a leadership role within a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to excellence in Guest service with proven ability to maintain significant attention to detail
- An individual who sets actionable goals, takes the initiative to deliver, and shows persistence in problem-solving while keeping others focused on results
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with food production, revenue control procedures, and related systems
- Prior experience with projection or audio-visual equipment
