Job Summary
Manage daily theatre operations including labour cost, revenue control, safety protocols, and film quality. Assist with policy execution, Cast selection and training, and administration of POS and audit systems. Communicate with the management team and external resources to resolve operational issues. Monitor guest satisfaction, address performance feedback, and coordinate emergency responses such as guest evacuation. Greet guests and ensure safe work practices are followed by all Cast members.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience motivating and managing a dynamic team to achieve positive results in a timely manner
- Proven track record in a leadership role within a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to excellence in Guest service with proven ability to maintain significant attention to detail
- An individual who sets actionable goals, takes the initiative to deliver, and shows persistence in problem-solving while keeping others focused on results
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with food production, revenue control procedures, and related systems
- Prior experience with projection or audio-visual equipment
