Job Summary
Own day-to-day operations by jumping on the donor floor to ensure smooth donor flow, retention, and a safe, welcoming environment. Partner with the Center Director to plan and execute goals around operations, donor experience, and compliance while monitoring quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Lead by example to coach team members in real time, manage inventory and equipment, and recruit exceptional staff. Communicate expectations through regular syncs to keep everyone focused on daily priorities. Requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, ability to lift 50 lbs., and flexibility for day/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to enter cold environments (-40°C) for short periods
- Ability to work both day and evening hours
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work holidays
- Ability to work extended shifts as needed
