Job Summary
Own day-to-day operations by jumping in on the donor floor, ensuring smooth donor flow, retention, and a safe, welcoming environment. Partner with the Center Director to plan and execute goals around operations, donor experience, and compliance. Lead team members in real time, manage inventory and equipment, and monitor quality, safety, and regulatory standards for audits. Recruit and develop staff while communicating expectations through regular syncs. Requires high school diploma, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and ability to lift 50 lbs., work extended shifts including weekends and holidays, and enter cold environments. Compensation includes up to $70K base plus bonus, with 8 weeks of paid training provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to enter cold environments (-40°C) for short periods
- Ability to work both day and evening hours
