Job Summary
Manage all functions of a Papa John's restaurant to ensure high-quality products, customer service, and profitability. Lead a team-oriented group by communicating quality standards, training members, and recruiting staff to maintain adequate levels. Execute operations including cash management, inventory planning, and asset maintenance while ensuring compliance with laws, safety standards, and company policies. Address customer concerns, solicit feedback, and build brand loyalty through local marketing and sales execution. Monitor budgets against prior years, correct cost deviations using the FOCUS System, and take disciplinary action as needed. Work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergencies with reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Successful and stable employment history with supervisory experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, which will include nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise
- Ability to successfully perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant, including pizza delivery
- Ability to lead others with no supervision
- Must be able to use hands repetitively
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods
- Must be able to walk
