Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Papa Murphy's Midwest (franchisee-owned) oversees all facets of store operations per the Shift Supervisor role, including completing daily/weekly paperwork (WSR, inventory, labor reports), placing/receiving orders, training team members, assisting with hiring decisions, and potentially supervising in the Store Manager's absence. The role involves maintaining uniforms, banking tasks, preparing for advancement to the next Store Manager position within the market, and ensuring strong customer service and adherence to basic operating procedures. Requires 1-2 years of supervisory QSR experience, high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass background and credit checks; proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable with weights, measures, and lifting up to 25-30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required or preferred)
- 1-2 years of Supervisory and QSR management experience
- Must be able to pass criminal background and credit history check
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, POS)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25-30 pounds
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Regular attendance
