Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for all facets of store operation in a Papa Murphy's franchise, including supervising shifts, completing weekly sales and inventory reporting, handling banking deposits, placing orders for food and beverages, training team members, assisting the Store Manager with hiring and orientations, and preparing to advance to the next Store Manager position within the market. Requires 1-2 years of supervisory/QSR experience and strong customer service, computer, reading, and math skills; ability to lift 25-30 pounds and stand for extended periods; regular attendance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-2 years supervisory and QSR management experience
- pass criminal background and credit history checks
- basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
- basic reading and math skills
- ability to stand for long periods and lift 25-30 pounds
- good written and oral communication skills
- regular attendance
