Job Summary
Assist the general manager in managing all aspects of a Papa John’s restaurant by ensuring high quality products and customer service while driving profitability. Responsibilities include managing operations, executing company policies, recruiting and training staff, managing sales and profit goals, and maintaining overall restaurant compliance with laws and standards. Key skills include attention to detail, customer focus, flexibility, and initiative. The position requires a high school diploma and supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Successful and stable employment history with supervisory experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual is a plus
- Basic accounting including invoice reconciliation
- Cash management skills
