Assist the General Manager in operating the restaurant to achieve profit objectives and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining a friendly work environment. Lead daily operations by coaching the team, managing staffing and inventory, and working at any station when necessary. As Manager on Duty, ensure compliance with food standards, safety regulations, and labor costs while executing shift promotions and marketing plans. Prepare personnel records, schedules, and financial reports to support corporate goals. Maintain regular attendance and make decisions on team assignments and disciplinary actions as needed.
