Job Summary
Operate the restaurant daily by assisting the General Manager, managing staffing and inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety and labor regulations. Coach your team, lead by example, and maintain a friendly, productive environment while executing shift operations and handling disciplinary escalations. Prepare personnel records, financial reports, and adhere to all company procedures for dining and kitchen areas. Requires day and night availability with at least one year of leadership experience.

- Must be 18 or older
