As Manager on Duty, ensure compliance with food standards, safety, sanitation, and Federal, State, and local regulations while making decisions on position assignments, purchases, and disciplinary actions. Prepare personnel records, schedules, and financial reports to support operational procedures across the dining room, service area, and kitchen.
