Job Summary
Operate the restaurant daily by assisting the General Manager, ensuring compliance with food standards, safety regulations, and labor costs while managing staffing, inventory, and team performance. Lead by example by coaching your team, creating a friendly guest environment, and working at any station when necessary to maintain efficiency. As Manager on Duty, handle disciplinary actions, make purchasing decisions, and execute shift operations including promotions and marketing plans. Requires at least one year of leadership experience and day/night availability.
Required Qualifications

- Day + night availability
- Must be 18 or older
