Job Summary
Assist the operation of a single store by hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Lead the team through a 3-to-4-week store leadership training program and prepare for success with hands-on paid training and mentorship. Manage a flexible schedule that includes weekends within a 50-mile radius of the store location. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand up to four hours
- Must be able to reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Must have effective verbal communication skills
- Must have the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Must have the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations
