Job Summary
Supervise shifts of 3 to 10 employees while monitoring quality, safety, and customer experience as the on-duty Customer Service Manager. Handle cash handling and reconcile cash drawers daily. Train staff members for new hires and promotions. Perform other duties as assigned. Requires leadership experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance, with a flexible schedule and competitive pay. Reports to the General Manager of the Restaurant.
