Assistant Manager

Supervise shifts of 3 to 10 employees while monitoring quality, safety, and customer experience as the Customer Service Manager on Duty. Handle cash handling and reconcile cash drawers, and train staff members for new hires and promotions. Perform other duties as assigned, including bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving items up to 50 lbs without assistance. Requires the ability to move and stand for long periods of time. Reports to the General Manager of the Restaurant.
