Job Summary
Supervise shifts of 3 to 10 employees and monitor quality, safety, and customer experience as the Customer Service Manager on duty. Handle cash and reconcile cash drawers while training new hires for promotions. Perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods. Requires leadership experience with a flexible schedule and competitive pay. Reports to the General Manager of the Restaurant.
