Assistant Manager

Supervise shifts of 3 to 10 employees while monitoring quality, safety, and customer experience as the Customer Service Manager on Duty. Handle cash handling and reconciliations of cash drawers, and train staff members for new hires and promotions. Perform other duties as assigned, including bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. without assistance. Requires leadership experience and the ability to move and stand for long periods. Reports to the General Manager of the Restaurant.
