Job Summary
Supervise shifts of 3 to 10 employees, monitor quality, safety, and customer experience, and serve as Customer Service Manager on Duty. Handle cash and reconcile cash drawers while training staff members for new hires and promotions. Perform duties as assigned, including bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. without assistance, with the ability to stand for long periods. Requires leadership experience; no educational requirements. Reports to the General Manager of the Restaurant.
