Job Summary
Supervise shifts of 3 to 10 employees while monitoring quality, safety, and customer experience. Manage customer service duties on duty, handle cash, and reconcile cash drawers. Train staff members for new hires and promotions. Perform other duties as assigned. Requires leadership experience and a food handlers license. Reports to the General Manager of the Restaurant.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience
- Food handlers license
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Requires the ability to move and stand for long periods of time
- Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items
