Job Summary
Supervise shifts of 3 to 10 employees while monitoring quality, safety, and customer experience as the Customer Service Manager on Duty. Handle cash handling and reconciliations of cash drawers, and train staff members for new hires and promotions. Perform other duties as assigned, including bending, stooping, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for long periods. Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
