Assistant Manager

Supervise shifts of 3 to 10 employees, monitor quality, safety, and customer experience, and act as the Customer Service Manager on duty. Handle cash and reconcile cash drawers while training staff members for new hires and promotions. Perform other duties as assigned, including bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing, pulling, and moving items while standing for long periods.
